We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your Good Moms Club favourites safely across South Africa.
Once your order has been placed, your goodies will be packed up and handed over to our courier partners within 24 hours.
You’ll receive your tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way. Please allow 2 working days for major cities, up to 4 working days for outlying areas.
Please note that deliveries do not take place over weekends or public holidays.
Returns
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Customers may return items within 30 days of receiving their order for online store credit, or within 7 days for a full refund.
Please note that sale items are unfortunately not eligible for returns or refunds. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds and store credits apply to the value of the goods only. All returned items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and process your store credit or refund accordingly.
