We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your Good Moms Club favourites safely across South Africa.
Once your order has been placed, your goodies will be packed up and handed over to our courier partners within 24 hours.
You’ll receive your tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way. Please allow 2 working days for major cities, up to 4 working days for outlying areas.
Please note that deliveries do not take place over weekends or public holidays.
Returns
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Customers may return items within 30 days of receiving their order for online store credit or an exchange, or within 7 days for a full refund.
Please note that sale items are unfortunately not eligible for returns or refunds. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds and store credits apply to the value of the goods only. All returned items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and process your store credit or refund accordingly. Please note that the customer is responsible for the courier cost of the return/exchange.
We ship all orders directly from our setup in Cape Town. Currently, we deliver nationwide across South Africa straight to your door.
Standard Courier Delivery: R100 flat rate nationwide.
Free Shipping: Standard shipping is on us for all orders over R600.
Processing: It takes 1–2 business days for us to pack your order with love.
Transit Time: Main centers (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban) usually take 2–3 business days. Outlying areas can take 4–5 business days.
Note: You’ll receive a tracking link via email the second your package hands over to our courier partner.
If you accidentally put your old address or made a typo, email us immediately at hello@thegoodmomsclub.com (with your order number). If your package hasn’t left our hands yet, we’ll happily update it for you.
We want you to love your items, but we get that sometimes things change. We offer a 7-day return window or a 30-day exchange window from the date you receive your package.
- To be eligible, your items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition you received them (with tags attached).
Drop us an email at hello@thegoodmomsclub.com with your order number and whether you’d like an exchange or a refund. We will guide you through the process.
If it's our mistake: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will cover 100% of the return courier fees.
Change of mind/exchanges: For standard returns or size swaps, the customer is responsible for the return courier cost (usually R100).
Once your returned package arrives back at our headquarters and passes a quick quality check, we will process your refund back to your original payment method. This typically takes 3–5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
